We can now accommodate orders that have a separate billing & shipping address, this will be completed at checkout. We apologise but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes however your billing address may be one.

• DHL next day air or UPS 2nd day air (whichever is cheaper) is used for all frozen good orders for shipments outside of CA, AZ & NV. This will incur additional shipping charges we will contact you to advise you of these. Any goods ordered from our frozen section will have the additional charge of our thermal service (see below), sorry but there are no exceptions to this.
• We recommend that during adverse temperatures any perishable items be shipped using our "thermal service". The charge for this service is $ 10.00 plus shipping and includes foam cooler and ice packs.
• We are not responsible for inclement weather conditions that could melt or freeze your order
• To verify and check the shipping status of your order click on www.ups.com and enter the UPS tracking number (not the ukcornershoppe order no) which was given to you via e-mail.
• Extra Large or heavy items may incur additional shipping; you will be contacted for approval prior to shipment.

~ Return Policy ~

Products may be returned for replacement or refund within five (5) days of receipt. For us to issue a refund, your purchase must be returned with the shipping pre-paid. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in as NEW condition. If any of your goods were damaged, we will either replace or give you a credit. Please do not throw away damaged packaging or items, as they may be needed for insurance purposes.
