LOCAL SAN DIEGO HOME DELIVERY SERVICE
For our San Diego customers we are now offering a delivery service on Thursdays within a 25 mile radius including Chula Vista, El Cajon, Del Mar and the Beaches. Orders must be at least $35.00 for this service, there is a $10.00 charge per delivery, you can call in your order to the shoppe at 619 683 2748 or place your order on the website any extra fees charged over $10.00 for shipping and thermal service will be refunded to your card. Please leave a note in the comments section, which comes up at checkout, when ordering online that this order is for Home Delivery Service and a telephone number we can easily reach you at to schedule a drop off time.
ALL OTHER WEBSITE CUSTOMERS
Hawaii & Alaska will be shipped by USPS at cost, we will contact you with costs.
We can now accommodate orders that have a separate billing & shipping address, this will be completed at checkout. We apologise but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes unless your order is for Hawaii or Alaska, however your billing address may be one.
For our overseas customers wishing to ship to friends & family in the United States please enter your postcode in the zipcode box & county in the State box.
If your order is a gift for someone please let us know in the comments section at checkout what message you would like placed in a card for you.
Pending availability all orders are normally shipped within 72 hours any orders received Thursday on will be shipped the following Monday so items will not sit in UPS warehouse over the weekend. If for any reason this is not possible, we will contact you will for further instructions.

* We use UPS GROUND SERVICE for all orders unless shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, then USPS is used* UPS 2nd day air or Next Day Air is used for all frozen good orders, this will incur additional shipping charges we will contact you to advise you of these There is no extra shipping charges for frozen orders going to CA, AZ & NV these will ship UPS ground and be there within two days. Any goods ordered from our frozen section will have the additional charge of our thermal service (see below), sorry but there are no exceptions to this.
* All frozen orders will incur a $10.00 fee for our Thermal Service which includes a foam cooler and ice packs
*We recommend that during adverse temperatures any perishable items be shipped using our "thermal service".
* We are not responsible for inclement weather conditions that could melt or freeze your order
* You will be sent an email from UPS notifying you of your packages tracking no. to check the shipping status of your order click on www.ups.com and enter the UPS tracking number
* Extra Large or heavy items may incur additional shipping; you will be contacted for approval prior to shipment.
~ Return Policy ~
Products may be returned for replacement or refund within five (5) days of receipt. For us to issue a refund, your purchase must be returned with the shipping pre-paid. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in as NEW condition.
If any of your goods were damaged by shipping please contact us by phone and we will put a claim in with UPS. Please do not throw away damaged packaging or items, as they may be needed for insurance purposes.

We accept Visa, Discover and Master card on line. All payment is processed through a third party, Paypal uses SSL technology (Secure Server Software) and encrypts your personal information.
